Harmony in Complexity
Archive Navigator
The living index for the ConCOREdance Transmission Archive: a chronological map of project evolution, visual doctrine, implementation history, and interdisciplinary continuity.
Transmission Timeline
Cody Productivity Day and Alpha Closure Pass
This transmission records a highly productive ConCOREdance working session in which the project archive, Ada's operational voice, the new GitHub-backed native app repo, and two major Alpha 0.1 portability milestones moved into a more finished state.
Transmission Pipeline Validation and Ingestion Test
This entry records the formal validation of the structured CC-TX transmission request pipeline and establishes the operational protocol for staging, reviewing, and publishing archive entries through the standardized Ada request template.
Local Google Drive Sync Stabilization Pass
Ada's Google Drive sync stabilization pass moved the archive's local continuity runner from machine-specific assumptions toward a portable, verified path strategy while preserving the broader Apps Script architecture as a separate proof-of-concept layer.
Zero-Knowledge Handshake: Bridging VaultStore to Google Workspace
To preserve strict clinician data sovereignty, ConCOREdance establishes a zero-knowledge cloud choreography boundary. Instead of requesting broad access to a therapist's entire infrastructure, the local native application restricts its integration footprint strictly to an isolated, app-specific cloud enclave via Google's appdata scope, securely mapping localized VaultStore state diffs without central data ownership.
The Choreography Layer: ConCOREdance as an Intelligent Coordination Platform
A foundational architectural realization emerged during discussion of scheduling, signatures, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, data ownership, and therapist workflow fragmentation. The central insight: The problem facing therapists is not a lack of tools. The problem is a lack of coordination between tools. ConCOREdance should not primarily position itself as another EHR, document repository, calendar application, or practice management platform. ConCOREdance should position itself as an intelligent coordination layer.
Native Alpha Usability Pass — Import Continuity, Responsive Layout, and Secure Launch Direction
The native alpha completed a hands-on usability pass that verified Print to ConCOREdance, clarified the imported-document lifecycle, repaired competing scroll regions, and exposed an unresolved design question about how the continuity and document-preview surface should behave at ordinary Mac window widths.
Print to ConCOREdance — Universal Clinical Document Import
ConCOREdance establishes Print to ConCOREdance as a signature universal import feature, allowing therapists to receive PDFs from browsers, EHRs, and other printable macOS applications into a fast encrypted review tray.
Native Alpha Functional Workspace Expansion
Cody advanced the native macOS prototype from a visually strong shell into a broader working alpha, connecting core sidebar areas to real vault-derived workflows and verifying the build with 57 passing tests.
Export Path Hardening and Test Isolation Pass
Cody completed a follow-through pass on Paula's draft export work, making the export destination configurable, recording the last exported file URL, and moving export tests out of the real Downloads folder. `swift build` and `Tools/run-tests.sh` both pass; the suite now contains 49 tests with 0 failures.
Pass 4 — Copy to Clipboard and .txt Export from GeneratedDraftPreview
Pass 4 added copy-to-clipboard and `.txt` file export directly from the `GeneratedDraftPreview` card in the active session workspace. A new `exportNoteDraft(for:)` method on VaultStore handles the file write, following the `exportBackup()` pattern. A Copy button uses `NSPasteboard` with a 1.8-second "Copied" confirmation state. Two new XCTest methods cover the observable store side effects of the export path. Cody verified the pass with `swift build` and `Tools/run-tests.sh`; 48 tests passed with 0 failures.
Pass 3 — Inline-Editable Continuity Signals
Pass 3 made the continuity signals in the right rail inline-editable within the active session workspace. A single new VaultStore method handles the mutation. `ContinuitySignalRow` gained optional edit mode via an `onUpdate` closure; read-only display (home dashboard, empty states) is unchanged. Three new XCTest methods cover persistence, field isolation, and timestamp correctness. Cody verified the pass with `swift build` and `Tools/run-tests.sh`; 46 tests passed with 0 failures.
Pass 1 — Test Infrastructure and Verification Constraint
Pass 1 established the first Swift test infrastructure for ConCOREdance. A test target was added to Package.swift, VaultStore was made URL-injectable for isolation, VaultCryptoError gained Equatable conformance, and 38 XCTest methods were written across three suites. `swift build` passes; `swift test` is currently blocked in Cody's local environment because the selected Command Line Tools install cannot resolve XCTest and does not expose xcodebuild.
Paula Accord Programming Consultant Orientation
Paula Accord has joined ConCOREdance as a programming consultant, oriented to the transmission archive, current SwiftUI prototype, implementation doctrine, and near-term engineering queue.
Workflow Spine Implementation & Naming Correction Pass
Completed the first functional workflow spine for the ConCOREdance SwiftUI prototype, including selectable fixture sessions, an active-session workspace, locally persisted draft state, generated progress-note preview, session-aware continuity rail, save-state visibility, and corrected ConCOREdance asset naming.
Workflow Spine & Clinical Object Model Implementation Pass
The ConCOREdance shell has reached its first atmospheric and interaction milestone. The next programming pass should move the project from visual shell toward functional clinical product by implementing the workflow spine: a real session lifecycle, a foundational clinical object model, local persistence, draft document generation, and visible continuity handoff between session work and archive memory.
Atmospheric Continuity & Adaptive Panels Implementation Pass
Completed the next SwiftUI shell pass focused on atmospheric cohesion, adaptive narrative panels, identity rail refinement, continuity visibility, and screenshot-backed verification.
Implement Transmission Canonization Workflow
Implement a workflow that converts approved GitHub transmission issues into permanent markdown files within the repository.
Next Programming Pass — Atmospheric Continuity & Adaptive Panels
Directive for the next implementation pass focusing on atmospheric cohesion, adaptive content expansion behavior, and refinement of the ConCOREdance shell identity.
