Structured Note Templates and Responsive Unlock Verification
Recorded retrospectively on October 28, 2026. Retained Models.swift declares Narrative, SOAP, DAP, BIRP and GIRP note types. The later VaultStore snapshot calls ClinicalNoteTemplate.render for session-note preparation. The complete template renderer source was not found in the inspected checkpoints, so exact section formatting remains unverified in this audit.
The template-full-tests.log records 130 passing tests with zero failures. Four named template tests cover blank templates without fixture/generated continuity content, preservation of each source field exactly once across formats, refusal to invent a GIRP treatment goal from session focus, and explicit missing information without invented negative findings.
The unlock-final-tests.log records 136 tests with zero failures. Six named unlock tests cover main-actor responsiveness during delayed reads, duplicate-attempt rejection, caller cancellation, canceled-read isolation and retry, failure remaining locked with progress cleared, unlock without a disk write and with one deferred audit, and invalidation on sleep or termination. A later focused run repeats these six tests successfully. This is historical test evidence for an unlock improvement; the complete final unlock source has not been verified. In particular, the pre-unlock source snapshot still contains the older synchronous unlock and must not be represented as the final implementation.
The retained SSD app bundle identifies alpha 0.1.1 build 20261015065700 and source revision 089b2a4-modified. That revision marker does not uniquely identify the final source. The bundle was not launched or freshly tested during this audit. The private GitHub branch still ends at the October 3 checkpoint. Complete later-source recovery and fresh build verification remain open.
Decisions
- Preserve historical entries and publish explicit corrections.
- Distinguish historical test results from fresh validation.
- Treat incomplete source preservation as an open item.
Next Actions
- Recover and checkpoint the complete later source before claiming reproducibility.
- Resume from the archive current-state index and verify referenced evidence.
