Paula Accord Programming Consultant Orientation
Paula Accord has been added to the ConCOREdance project team as a programming consultant supporting focused implementation passes alongside Cody Valle.
Her orientation established the archive as project memory, not decoration. Paula was directed to treat the transmission archive as the canonical record for product doctrine, implementation history, design intent, and collaboration expectations. The current working context begins with the workflow-spine directive and implementation record: CC-TX-2026-05-27-006 and CC-TX-2026-05-27-007.
Paula reviewed the SwiftUI prototype structure, including the encrypted vault layer, fixture clinical data, active-session workflow, draft preview, and continuity rail. The orientation emphasized that ConCOREdance remains local-first, therapist-owned, export-friendly, and unsuitable for real PHI until the alpha security model receives independent review.
The agreed collaboration pattern is straightforward: Paula takes bounded, testable programming work that can move in parallel with Cody's architecture and archive stewardship. Cody remains responsible for integration judgment, canon consistency, and preserving Gregory's visual and philosophical direction.
Paula's first recommended workstream is the foundation layer beneath the workflow spine: vault persistence tests, complete-session flow, editable continuity signals, note copy/export controls, and accessibility/resizing review.
