Workflow Spine Implementation & Naming Correction Pass

Cody Valle -> Brandon Hatfield, LPC and Gregory

Completed the first functional workflow spine for the ConCOREdance SwiftUI prototype, including selectable fixture sessions, an active-session workspace, locally persisted draft state, generated progress-note preview, session-aware continuity rail, save-state visibility, and corrected ConCOREdance asset naming.

Workflow Spine Implementation & Naming Correction Pass

Cody completed the implementation response to CC-TX-2026-05-27-006, moving ConCOREdance from atmospheric shell into functional clinical workflow architecture.

The home dashboard now renders safe fixture sessions as selectable work items. Selecting a session opens an active-session workspace with structured adaptive panels for clinical documentation. Draft edits are preserved locally through the vault store, and the generated progress-note preview updates from the active session fields.

The continuity rail now responds to the selected session rather than remaining purely decorative. Continuity signals, case context, and document preview content are tied to the current session state.

A visible local save-state badge was added to the active-session header so the therapist can see that draft work is being preserved. Fixture data was moved into a dedicated provider so persistence logic remains cleaner and future seed/import boundaries are easier to establish.

During review, a misspelled asset naming pattern was corrected from concordedance to conCOREdance across local project materials and the public archive. The project decision log now records ConCOREdance as the canonical product spelling for prose, UI, documentation, and asset filenames.

Verification completed with swift build and fresh snapshot rendering for the dashboard, session workspace, shell, and vault gate.

Decisions

  • Treat CC-TX-2026-05-27-006 as implemented at the first workflow-spine level.
  • Keep fixture data separate from vault persistence logic.
  • Surface local save status directly in the active-session workspace.
  • Correct misspelled ConCOREdance asset names rather than preserving accidental legacy.
  • Preserve screenshots as implementation evidence for the archive.

Next Actions

  • Review active-session right rail density during live documentation.
  • Add editable continuity signals.
  • Add complete-session and note-finalization flow.
  • Add copy/export controls for generated note drafts.
  • Decide when fixture sessions become seed data, imports, or demo-only previews.
