Archive Reconciliation and Authoritative Status Contract
Brandon Hatfield, LPC directed that the transmission archive be the source of truth and authorized reconciliation on October 28, 2026. The archive must distinguish implemented behavior, historical verification, current verification, proposals and unresolved evidence. Historical entries remain intact; later corrections and superseding evidence must be explicit.
The first web retrieval used during this review omitted an existing October 3 entry. Direct live-site retrieval and GitHub main confirm CC-TX-2026-10-03-001 was already published, and its Pages deployment succeeded. The claim that the archive stopped at October 2 was incorrect. A separate SSD archive checkout ended in June and had uncommitted files; the newer recovery archive checkout matched GitHub main at 80582ec73f1517d6dafcd062e343b776bbb44d80. A stale local checkout and a stale web view contributed to the initial misreading.
The audit found no October transmission issues in the connected repository search and no later publication commits on main. The October 3 privacy/Print follow-through and October 14–15 work were missing from the published history. Available evidence establishes the gap, but does not establish why the earlier publication handoff was omitted.
Three retrospective entries now separate these milestones and their evidence limits. The historical full-suite sequence is 120, 126, 130 and 136 passing tests. These are retained logs, not tests rerun on October 28. Partial source snapshots establish note-lifecycle implementation and some template integration; they do not prove a complete reproducible October 15 checkout. The October 3 complete source tree is preserved locally and on the private recovery branch. The later app bundle and partial snapshots are retained on the SSD. No clinical vault was opened or migrated for this audit.
Current outstanding work includes recovering and checkpointing the complete October 15 source; fresh build and synthetic UI validation; reviewed key derivation and recovery design; independent security/failure review; actual device-sleep validation; automatic assessment-report rendering; demographics conflict handling; vendor/Carepatron migration; large-archive validation; accessibility and signed sandboxed distribution. Formal note lifecycle is no longer described as wholly absent, but later verification limits remain visible.
Every subsequent milestone must include implementation evidence, source revision or an explicit missing-source statement, validation scope, known limitations, and outstanding work. Milestone closure requires matching structured request, Markdown, metadata, manifest and live HTML, followed by publication readback. Plans are never promoted to completed work solely because they appear in a roadmap.
Decisions
- Preserve historical entries and publish explicit corrections.
- Distinguish historical test results from fresh validation.
- Treat incomplete source preservation as an open item.
Next Actions
- Recover and checkpoint the complete later source before claiming reproducibility.
- Resume from the archive current-state index and verify referenced evidence.
